Tedder Whitlock Consulting takes a team-oriented approach to servicing its clients. A new business looks for advice on starting up, a growing one wants to know what changes to expect from expansion, a seasoned one needs new ideas for improving current operations.
We approach these issues by listening carefully to our clients' needs, then finding the most qualified experts to answer them, whether it be from within our firm or from an outside source, and if necessary coordinating as a team to find a real solution. Our policy is to treat the individual needs of our clients with concern and professionalism.
Our services encompass the aspects of a business and individual's financial life. We provide assistance in matters of accounting, financial statement preparation and taxation. In addition, we provide assistance with IRS problem resolution, estates and trusts, business formation, financial planning and investment, real estate transactions and business sales.
We would love to hear from you!
Members of the AICPA who are engaged in the practice of public accounting in the United States are required to be enrolled in an AICPA approved practice-monitoring program. Tedder Whitlock Consulting is enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program. By enrolling in this program, we must comply with the AICPA's quality control standards and have a peer review of our accounting and auditing practice every third year by a team of Certified Public Accountants. The peer reviewers evaluate a firm's quality control system against standards established by the AICPA, and determine whether a firm's policies and procedures are adequate to achieve the objectives of quality control for a Certified Public Accounting firm. Firms can receive a rating of pass, pass with deficiencies or fail. In our most recent peer review, which was conducted in August 2017, we received peer review rating of pass.
